Honor Flight volunteers are awesome! And the National Park Service for their coordination. Remember when my dad/I saw you at Arlington Cem? That was his Honor Flight day...it was one of my best life moments to be a guardian that day for 3 veterans. Now, here in Ohio, it's great to see our local High School active in fundraising and aiding Honor Flight! Glad you watched!

Yes, while we were watching the film we recalled the day we saw you there. To see the process from beginning to end was really something. We were so moved by the dedication and energy of all those involved. And you guardians deserve extra special gratitude and awe and yet I know you all believe it doesn't come close to what the vets went through.

  • ". . . hidden in our play is the real person we are. When we honor this person, we open our hearts and our minds to all that is important, even sacred, to us. For far too long women have taken the high road of responsibility, reliability, accountability and just plain old-fashioned endurance to keep their worlds running." Barbara Brannan
